Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Howard Johnson Grande Prairie. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, paying close attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting may be required.
  • Reliability: Be punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
