Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
    • Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
