Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train and develop staff to meet the needs of our properties and clients.
  • Facilities Management
    • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
    • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for facilities maintenance and repairs.
    • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and renovations.
  • Financial Management
    • Maintain accurate financial records and manage payment for specialized cleaning services.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and other departments.
    • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work at heights, in wet/damp conditions, and in environments with odors, dust, and cold temperatures.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Client-focused and reliable with a strong sense of initiative and judgment.
