Facilities Maintenance Worker

We are a reputable cleaning services company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to work in a fast-paced commercial cleaning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining a variety of surfaces, including floors, furniture, and equipment.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Transportation and Travel: Own transportation is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary. Travel expenses are not paid by the employer, and public transportation is not available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The job requires repetitive tasks, physical demands, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The worker must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable, have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, a team player, and have strong values and ethics.
