The role of the Production Supervisor at Niakwa Pizza Ltd. is essential for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes and maintaining high-quality standards.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Compile and present production reports and other relevant documentation.
- Propose strategies to enhance productivity and elevate product quality.
- Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a team of workers.
- Develop methods to achieve work schedules and synchronize activities with other departments.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain production flow.
Responsible for managing a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
Experience RequirementsA minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is required.
