Job Title: Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at Omniscient Wellness. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet guests and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, order office supplies, and record and relay information.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and arrange teleconferences.
  • Technology and Data Entry: Perform data entry, provide customer service, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks using electronic scheduler, IBM Lotus, MS Office, and other software.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, and time management.
Work Environment:

Our spa is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
