Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Jeanne Chan. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with feeding.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Personal Support Worker Certificate.
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in the client's home, providing one-on-one care and support. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
