The salary range for this role is between $88,990 and $127,923, determined by the applicant's qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Specialist plays a crucial role in:

  • Assessing the clinical environment to identify opportunities for improvement and recommending priorities.
  • Providing clinical insights for the development of policies, processes, and strategies that ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Staying informed about current Ministry of Health policies and best practices to guide planning and implementation.
  • Collaborating with Clinical Operations to develop performance indicators for the assigned portfolio.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Supporting clinical educators with expert guidance as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional college.
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience, particularly in developing clinical practice documents and managing large-scale projects.
  • Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and incorporate varied perspectives into planning.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Proven leadership capabilities to guide teams towards shared goals.
