Key Responsibilities:The Clinical Specialist plays a crucial role in:
- Assessing the clinical environment to identify opportunities for improvement and recommending priorities.
- Providing clinical insights for the development of policies, processes, and strategies that ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Staying informed about current Ministry of Health policies and best practices to guide planning and implementation.
- Collaborating with Clinical Operations to develop performance indicators for the assigned portfolio.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
- Supporting clinical educators with expert guidance as needed.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline.
- Current registration with the relevant professional college.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience, particularly in developing clinical practice documents and managing large-scale projects.
- Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and incorporate varied perspectives into planning.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Proven leadership capabilities to guide teams towards shared goals.
- Experience in managing change aligned with organizational values.
- Ability to synthesize evidence and data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical capability to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid BC Driver's license and willingness to travel.
