Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personal care and support to residents
- Execute assigned clinical tasks, document observations, and communicate any changes
- Facilitate orientation for residents and their families
- Utilize medical and mobility aids safely and effectively
- Assist with dining and meal service tasks
- Engage with residents, visitors, and colleagues in a respectful manner
- Complete necessary documentation accurately
- Adhere to security and infection prevention protocols
- Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Health Care Assistant
- Completion of an accredited Care Aide program
- Physical ability to perform all required tasks
- Understanding of Golden Life Management policies
- Accountability for actions taken
- Teamwork, positive attitude, and cooperative skills
- Proficiency in English language
- Self-driven with the ability to provide a negative TB test
- Successful completion of a vulnerable sector criminal record check
- Proof of full vaccination or an approved exemption
Compensation: $29.83 per hour
