Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of solution architects collaborating with the sales division to analyze client processes and determine the most suitable solutions.
  2. Oversee project managers tasked with coordinating the deployment of our solutions.
  3. Facilitate collaboration with InnovMetric's development team.
  4. Work closely with the technical expertise team to enhance resource utilization for deploying enterprise solutions.
  5. Ensure the optimal performance of PolyWorks|DataLoop while managing user satisfaction.
  6. Develop dashboards to monitor deployment activities.
  7. Refine processes to accommodate various implementation methods.
  8. Encourage continuous skill development among team members.
  9. Assist international colleagues with their solution deployment initiatives.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in deploying SaaS-based software solutions.
  2. Relevant experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Exceptional communication skills.
  4. Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  5. Black Belt certification is a plus.

Note: Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as most interactions with clients and colleagues will be conducted in English.
