About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and dedicated Fitness Professional who is passionate about all aspects of health and wellness. As a Fitness Professional at Sweat and Tonic, you will be responsible for creating safe spaces for clients to explore movement and challenge themselves, while integrating a unique holistic approach that considers our biohacking, group fitness, nutrition, and other wellness offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Client Programming: Develop specific programming for clients based on their unique demands and goals.
- Client Education: Educate clients on proper movement standards and how to safely use equipment, with a keen interest in their autonomy.
- Client Motivation: Motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals and celebrate their wins.
- Business Development: Generate business through guest relationship building, self-promotion, and Personal Training Consultations.
- Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with all staff and guests of Sweat and Tonic.
- Space Management: Ensure the training space remains organized and meets Sweat and Tonic standards.
- Scheduling: Manage and maintain your schedule.
- Client Check-in and Billing: Check-in and bill clients for all appointments.
- Certification: Hold a recognized Personal Training certification.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience personal training clients.
- First Aid/CPR: First-aid/CPR certified.
- Liability Insurance: Personal liability insurance.
- Organizational Skills: Organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Movement Knowledge: Excellent movement knowledge with the ability to use verbal, tactile, and visual coaching techniques.
- Work Autonomy: Enjoy work autonomy within a team.
- Availability: Available to provide flexible weekly hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Special Skills: Special skills such as boxing, athletic style conditioning, mobility, and other sport-specific training are not necessary but an asset to the role.
- Software Experience: Experience using Jane booking/appointment software is ideal.
- Feedback: Appreciate feedback to improve your own skill set.
- Session Rates: $70/1-1 single session, $104/partner session, up to $100 for small group.
- All Access Membership: S&T All Access Unlimited Membership.
- Continued Education: Continued Education Remuneration.
