About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at FortisBC. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various programs to drive business growth and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute programs, ensuring timely delivery and fiscal responsibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating program changes and progress.
  • Coordinate resources to positively impact programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, plus a minimum of four to seven years of recent experience in project management and field construction.
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, resource planning, and project management processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in report writing and associated project management tools.
