**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the scheduling of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective scheduling plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workforce utilization.
  • Organize and coordinate tasks to ensure seamless execution of work.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on scheduling performance and workforce utilization.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate and assign work to staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a scheduling or operations role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Leadership skills and ability to supervise a team of 11-15 people.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent work term.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
