Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a skilled software developer to contribute to system integrations using Java on SailPoint's IdentityQ platform. As part of a dynamic team, you will code, test, debug, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions within our Security department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop components for the IdentityIQ system.
  • Master technical and business functionalities of the platform.
  • Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Provide design and modeling solutions for complex integrations.
  • Review code and design quality to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
  • Actively support the project team in development activities.
  • Implement effective regression testing strategies.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance support for existing systems.
  • Work independently and autonomously on assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or software engineering.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in Java development.
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IGA) concepts and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Experience with SailPoint's IdentityQ platform is highly advantageous.
