Position Details
We are seeking a qualified teacher to fill a long-term assignment in Intermediate Religion and Senior Social Studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction to students in these subjects.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a strong background in teaching Intermediate Religion and Senior Social Studies, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to Catholic education and a passion for teaching.
Appointment Process
The appointment of this long-term assignment will be made in accordance with the Ontario Education Collective Agreement. Priority will be given to qualified redundant teacher applicants from the Secondary Teacher bargaining unit, in order of seniority. Applications from other certified teacher applicants and education students holding a Temporary Certificate of Registration and Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers will also be considered.
