Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Traffic Plans: Create and implement specific plans to prioritize traffic flow and optimize traffic signal timing.
- Coordinate Traffic Operations: Organize and coordinate traffic operations with other work units or departments to ensure seamless traffic flow.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on traffic flow, congestion, and other relevant metrics.
- Resolve Work Problems: Identify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
