Job Title: Restaurant Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Handle and store cleaning products, remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment
