Job Overview: We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Chief Product Officer to oversee our product strategy, development, and execution, aimed at propelling the growth and success of the Free Agent platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Formulate and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Free Agent's mission and business goals.
- Market Research and Analysis: Perform thorough market research and evaluate industry trends, user insights, and competitive dynamics to uncover opportunities and guide product development.
- Product Development: Direct the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-focused features and improvements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to drive product initiatives and ensure organizational alignment.
- User Experience: Advocate for user experience and prioritize user needs throughout the product development cycle, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for athletes and corporate partners.
