Brand Momentum Inc. is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Merchandising Specialist in the designated territory.
This role involves traveling within your assigned area to manage and promote our client's products at various retail locations, aiming to enhance sales potential. You will play a crucial role in merchandising efforts while utilizing your strong relationships with store personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing retail strategies set by the client, including product placement, creating and maintaining displays, and ensuring proper shelf organization.
  • Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with store management.
  • Providing ongoing merchandising support, including shelf maintenance, planogram adjustments, out-of-stock resolutions, and product freshness checks.
  • Preparing and submitting daily reports as required.
  • Offering insights and feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for relationship building.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with the public and store staff.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in utilizing various reporting tools and computer applications (Excel).
  • Adaptability to a dynamic market landscape.
  • Willingness to travel overnight when necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 15kgs and stand for extended periods while performing in-store tasks.
