About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Volkswagen MidTown Toronto. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs, ensuring they understand the importance of regular maintenance and the benefits of our services.
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with our service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices to provide the highest level of service to our customers.

What We Look For:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • A valid driver's license and a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
