We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care schedules, ensuring seamless communication with clients and field staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign staff to patients based on their availability, skill sets, and patient needs
  • Build and manage patient care schedules to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Enter and update patient and staff data in our computerized system
  • Respond to client and staff inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Document and report all interactions with patients and staff

Requirements

  • One year of administrative or office experience is an asset
  • Scheduling experience is an asset
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Compassion and empathy when interacting with patients and their families
