Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mail Operations Supervisor to oversee our courier services at Packaging Depot. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient handling of mail and packages.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.Language Skills

Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi and Panjabi; Punjabi is considered an asset.

Work Environment

Candidates must be willing to relocate as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
  • Oversee the organization of incoming and outgoing mail processes.
  • Assign and coordinate tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise all postal activities to maintain high standards.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operations.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems and machinery.
  • Manage the logistics of package handling effectively.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
Supervision

This position involves supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
