The position is based in an urban setting, providing a fast-paced and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Efficiently load and unload buspans and trays.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all kitchenware is thoroughly cleaned.
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
  • Scrub and clean pots and pans to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Prepare take-out orders by packaging food items appropriately.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Utilize both manual and electrical appliances for food preparation tasks.
  • Ensure the kitchen is sanitized, including all work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
  • Receive and organize supplies in various storage areas.
  • Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash regularly.
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with deep fryers is beneficial.
