Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ABA treatment plans for patients.
  • Train behavior technicians on ABA techniques and protocols.
  • Communicate with caregivers and other providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to patients, as needed.
  • Supervise patient care, either in person or via telehealth.
  • Monitor progress and present updates during supervision and team meetings.
  • Maintain and update patient programs.
  • Create reports, progress updates, and set Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
  • Manage scheduled hours to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Attend patient IEP/placement meetings and maintain administrative tracking.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • BCBA certification or LPA license.
  • At least 1-year of related experience.
