Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Sushi Ryu, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Order Management: Take and relay orders accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and handle payments through various methods including cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours per week of work. The primary language of communication will be English.
