- Communication: Answer and relay telephone calls and messages in a professional manner.
- Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Mentorship: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and/or refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Employment Duration: Permanent position.
- Language of Work: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
