About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Trainee to join our team at BBA Consultants. As a Trainee in Marketing and Communications, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and communications initiatives that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
  • Help manage and maintain our company's online presence, including our website and social media profiles.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
