About the Role

As a Marketing and Communications Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting our marketing and communications team in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and developing content for various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Manage and create content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Assist with graphic design, copywriting, and editing for external content
  • Monitor digital platforms to identify innovative approaches, major trends, and best practices
  • Collect and analyze performance data on current marketing campaigns and suggest adjustments as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing and emailing
  • Coordinate translation and editing requests received by the BBA Help Desk as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Proficiency in Canva, Vimeo, and MS Copilot (an asset)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Craft
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Bilingual (English and French)
