Job Summary

Conners Esso is seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tow truck to transport vehicles and equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operations
    • Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles and equipment to various locations.
    • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking oil and tire pressure.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure the safe operation of the tow truck and its equipment at all times.
    • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as processing payments and updating customer information.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as transportation or logistics.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic security clearance.
