We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team at TOP PLUS EMPLOYMENT INC. As a key member of our metal finishing team, you will be responsible for applying a smooth, even coat of powder to metal surfaces using electrostatic powder coating equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Electrostatic Powder Coating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate electrostatic powder coating equipment to apply a uniform coat of powder to metal surfaces.
  • Prepare Metal Surfaces: Clean and prepare metal surfaces for coating, ensuring they are free of dirt, oil, and other contaminants.
  • Mix and Apply Metallizing Solutions: Mix and apply metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications to achieve the desired finish.
  • Inspect and Test Coated Surfaces: Inspect and test coated surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain Equipment and Work Area: Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
