We are seeking a skilled Metal Coating Specialist to join our team at TOP PLUS EMPLOYMENT INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for applying metal coatings to various substrates using electroplating and powder coating techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply metal coatings to substrates using electroplating and powder coating equipment
  • Operate and maintain electroplating and powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Prepare and mix metallizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
  • Select appropriate paint or mix paints for coating applications
  • Tend automatic metal coating machines to convey objects through cleaning, rinsing, and plating solutions
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Physical demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail
  • Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and reliability
Work Environment:

The work environment is dusty, hot, and may involve odours. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
