Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Keep accurate records of food inventory and usage.
  • Portion, wrap, and prepare food items for service.
  • Heat and finalize simple food preparations.
  • Assist customers at service counters or buffet setups.
  • Take and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Utilize both manual and electrical tools for food preparation tasks such as cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming.
  • Sanitize kitchen areas including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning agents safely.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in appropriate storage areas.
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
