Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships across the organization and with external contractors and vendors.
  • Maintain properties by investigating and resolving resident complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, instructing repairs, and planning renovations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resident experience in the management of our portfolios.
  • Pre-qualify prospective residents to align with building demographic, conduct showings of our vacant suites, and quickly close sales with prospective residents, driving revenue through achievement of leasing goals.
  • Certified property manager or accredited residential/commercial manager preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
