Importance of this Role
Our Grocery Order Specialists play a crucial role in fulfilling customer e-commerce orders with precision, speed, and a keen eye for detail to ensure a tailored shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing general inquiries and fostering a positive atmosphere
- Shop for customers by accurately selecting their orders with high-quality products
- Process customer transactions efficiently using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details or discuss product substitutions

- A collaborative team member with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
- Resourceful and polite when addressing customer inquiries
- Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges
Experience Required
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success
What You Bring
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and maintain mobility throughout the entire shift
Availability: Candidates must be available for days, evenings, and weekends.
