  • Ensure all students have equitable access to opportunities and a challenging curriculum.
  • Deliver direct support services through structured interventions.
  • Assess student strengths and advocate for their needs.
  • Provide both group and individual responsive services.
  • Engage in collaboration with parents, educators, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and review student records.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular progress reports.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in educational counseling.
  • Strong integrity and professionalism.
  • Effective advocacy skills.
  • Ability to address the diverse needs of the student population.
  • Familiarity with various counseling methodologies and resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Competence in data collection and analysis.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Sound judgment and emotional intelligence.
  • Master's degree in School Counseling.
