Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Nova Scotia Limited. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, and removing kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
