Key Responsibilities:
1) Product Quotation: Gather customer details and initiate a workflow on OA. Post-quotation, evaluate the data and enhance any aspects that fall short of standards;
2) Order Management: Process customer orders and enter them into the system. Collaborate with internal teams to generate purchase suggestions, track comprehensive material information, and coordinate production and delivery aligned with the production schedule. Execute system invoicing and monitor payment information;
3) Gross Profit Oversight: Conduct regular analyses to optimize the gross profit of assigned projects, ensuring the project's market competitiveness;
4) New Product Trial Production: Manage small batch sample orders from clients, organize internal teams for trial production, and compile a summary of the trial outcomes;
5) Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints, coordinate internal responses to complaint reports, and oversee the implementation of improvements based on feedback;
6) Collaboration with Overseas Entities: Facilitate weekly meetings with international partners and collaborate to fulfill project-related tasks;
7) Additional Duties: Complete other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1) Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a solid understanding of EMS production and manufacturing processes, including PCBA and assembly;
2) Personable, positive, and enthusiastic. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, patience, and excellent teamwork skills;
3) Proficient in English reading and writing; prior experience with international projects is advantageous.
