Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at our Panorama location in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving written prescriptions and refill requests
  • Inputting patient and prescription information into our computer system
  • Performing tasks related to ordering, receiving, and returning stock, as well as checking expiry dates and balancing inventory
  • Adhering to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies
  • Communicating allergy and interaction information to the pharmacist

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or 2 years of dispensary experience
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude
