Legal Advisory Specialist

**Job Summary**

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisory Specialist to provide expert legal advice and support to our organization in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters, including contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

* Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal documents and precedents to ensure accurate and informed decision-making.

* Develop and implement effective legal strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely and effective legal support, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

* Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance on their impact on the organization.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role.

* Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
