About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at Feedback Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimation and Planning: Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for various construction projects.
  • Site Preparation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure accurate site preparation.
  • Carpentry Work: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials to create high-quality structures.
  • Project Management: Prepare tenders and quotations, supervise other workers, and estimate costs and materials for ongoing projects.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders through efficient communication and teamwork.

Experience and Education

  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in carpentry, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
