CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager - ESG Disclosures to join our team. As a key member of our Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to elevate stakeholder perception and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ESG disclosure strategies to drive progress on ESG ratings and perceptions.
  • Support the development of external and employee communications strategies to elevate stakeholder perception and brand reputation.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal presentations and memos for senior management, executives, and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Communications, and ESG teams to develop client-centric ESG-related content.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with ESG or CSR disclosure.
  • Strong understanding of the ESG environment, including standards and frameworks.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop compelling presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with webpage design.
  • Marketing communications experience.
  • Financial institution experience.
Work Arrangements

Hybrid work arrangement available.

Assignment start date: ASAP - 8 months.

Assignment location: Toronto, ON.
