Job Title: Corporate Communications Manager - ESG Disclosures

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager - ESG Disclosures to join our team. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's ESG narrative and driving progress on ESG ratings and perceptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disclosures: Develop and implement ESG disclosure strategies, leveraging industry benchmarking, trend analysis, and reporting framework research to influence the adoption of ESG trends and drive progress on ESG ratings and perceptions.
  • Communications: Support the development and implementation of external and employee communications strategies related to ESG and strategic focus areas, elevating stakeholder perception and brand reputation.
  • Internal Engagement: Assist in preparing internal presentations and memos for senior management, executives, and the Board of Directors, and support the integration of relevant ESG disclosures on our corporate website.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners to influence the development of effective communication materials and vehicles that meet regulatory requirements and voluntary commitments.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience with ESG or CSR disclosure.
  • Strong understanding of the ESG environment, including standards and frameworks, and 3rd party surveys.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop compelling presentations and communicate complex ESG concepts effectively.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with webpage design.
  • Marketing communications experience.
  • Financial institution experience.
Work Arrangements:

Hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
