Job Posting for LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a motivated and professional LPN to assist our individuals in care on their daily care and activity needs. As an Integrated Licensed Practical Nurse and Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and coaching and mentoring Managers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and activity needs for individuals
  • Coach and mentor Managers and staff in the provision of high-quality care
  • Assist with delegation of tasks
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, Licensing requirements, CLBC policies and practices, and accreditation standards

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma
  • Valid BCCNP registration license
  • Valid First Aid certificate and CPR training
  • Covid 19 immunization
  • Commitment to the principles of person-centered services, self-determination, community inclusion, and individual rights
  • Excellent organization, time, and general nursing skills
