We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills to join our maintenance team at our Brampton facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming calls for internal and external repairs and services.
- Review and approve expense reports from mechanics.
- Monitor and ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed in the shop.
- Maintain accurate records of stockroom receipts, withdrawals, and inventory levels.
- Manage inventory for telematics systems and on-ground equipment.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers for services rendered.
- Investigate and resolve issues with incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Work effectively with a positive and professional attitude, communicating efficiently with customers and colleagues.
- Manage and track truck and trailer parts inventory, ordering parts as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, with intermediate abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of automotive or mechanical principles is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
