We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills to join our maintenance team at our Brampton facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming calls for internal and external repairs and services.
  • Review and approve expense reports from mechanics.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed in the shop.
  • Maintain accurate records of stockroom receipts, withdrawals, and inventory levels.
  • Manage inventory for telematics systems and on-ground equipment.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers for services rendered.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Work effectively with a positive and professional attitude, communicating efficiently with customers and colleagues.
  • Manage and track truck and trailer parts inventory, ordering parts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, with intermediate abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of automotive or mechanical principles is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
