Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the delivery roadmap for Canaccord's CGDirect online platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market demands.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients utilizing CGDirect solutions, acting as a primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and feedback.
- Provide reporting on the operating budget for CGDirect solutions, implementing cost-control measures and reporting on financial performance.
- Analyze and document solutions that will enhance CGDirect platforms and other related applications within the organization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business processes related to online trading systems.
- Ensure data reliability and validity by collaborating with internal and external customers.
- Align systems with long-term business strategies.
- Maintain and prioritize user stories to be added in the backlog.
- Work with the dev team to determine the best business solution.
- Work with the QA team to validate test plans.
- Ensure the feature is deployed as designed.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product design, business analysis, process design, and data management.
- Excellent knowledge of trading systems and operations, particularly in the Canadian marketplace.
- Strong working knowledge of Confluence/JIRA suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Experience with SQL and deriving value from large datasets.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
