Job Summary:

Xplore Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Service Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through proactive network monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network and customer performance issues.
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to isolate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fibre and wireless ISP environment.
  • Strong understanding of network management OSS tools, including performance management, configuration management, and optimization.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or equivalent, are an asset.
