About the Role

Xplore is seeking a highly skilled Service Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Service Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our fibre, 5G, and satellite broadband network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution for complex network and customer performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of fibre, wireless, and IP networking technologies.
  • Utilize network management OSS tools to evaluate performance management, configuration management, and optimization.
  • Participate in weekly reporting and inter-departmental reviews to ensure network status, areas of concern, and target resolution dates are communicated effectively.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a computing environment with a focus on network management and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of fibre, wireless, and IP networking technologies, including RF, LTE, 5G, and PTMP/PTP.
  • Experience with network management OSS tools, including performance management, configuration management, and optimization.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
