Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Manage the transportation budget, oversee financial planning, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transportation operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to safety, security, and environmental sustainability.
- Policies and Standards: Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Operations Management: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Revenue Management: Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue, ensuring that the company is maximizing its revenue potential.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and contributing to the success of the company.
