Job Title: Freight Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Supervisor to join our team at 4-Way Traffic Control Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Freight Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
  • Organize and oversee operational logistics, including inventory management and maintenance
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high productivity and quality
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Work Environment:

The Freight Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
