Job Title: Finance Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Vice-President to join our team at Active Pilates Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the successful execution of financial plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and other financial software.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient, and a team player.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Participation in Government or Community Programs: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Recruitment and Support: Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster and support them with foreign credential recognition.
Support for Youths:
  • Participation in Government or Community Programs: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
Support for Mature Workers:
  • Participation in Government or Community Programs: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers.

Working Conditions: Permanent position, 30 hours per week, English language, and flexible working hours.
